1. Event Canceled or Postponed

Postponed Event: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you can’t attend, you can request a refund.
2. Refunds for Attendees

You can request a refund up to 10 days before the event.

A small percentage may be deducted for processing.
3. No Refunds for Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Refunds are not available if you cancel after the 10 day cut-off or if you do not attend the event.
